I recently visited the Banner Mesa location and had a disappointing experience. Unfortunately, one of the staff members singled out my children, which made them feel uncomfortable. While interacting with other children in the area, the employee gave a piece of candy to a boy playing with my kids but did not acknowledge my children. This place is flithy dirty. The stairs need to be swept and cleaned, a proactive approach needs to be coordinated to keep the birds at a minimum. The 1432 parking garage should've been closed over the Memorial Day weekend for a deep cleaning. The bird poop is absolutely terrible.
