I did bleach and hair color, the color was completely different from what I have asked and the application was too bad it looked like sharp strikes not blended well with my natural hair and when I told her this is not what I wanted and showed you in the video and that i did not like the color and application she said you can come for another session and pay the same price again!! I came into Lillabella with hair I've been dying red since 2018, wanting to be blonde... rather than laughing me out of the salon, Tayla and the team tried everything to get me to where I wanted to be. We eventually accepted that it was an unrealistic goal for one session, but I left with a colour and style that I loved anyway. The price at the end was also about half of what I would have paid on the coast. Highly recommend this place for anyone after awesome hair from a salon with the best vibes.

Lillibella has the most amazingly talented team of stylists who are very focused on meeting their customer’s needs. Products in store are excellent and the customer service is exceptional, second to none. From the time you walk in, you are made to feel so welcome and your every need is attended to with little fuss. LilliBella has a very comfortable, modern environment where you as the customer feels very valued.

I recommend LilliBelle to anyone who has ever had hair. Their service is engaged and personable, the team dynamic is cohesive and fun and the hairdressing itself professional and technically savvy. Renee, Jada and the team gave me a perm, which was a full afternoon endeavour. This afternoon was enjoyable, relaxing and informative. The team discusses the technical side of hairdressing, demonstrating an acute knowledge of their trade. A wonderful service that I can't wait to enjoy again.
