RecommendedI worked with Alex and she was absolutely fabulous! She knew what I wanted and needed better than I did. She made me feel much more comfortable than I had been in the previous store I shopped at. Everyone working was super attentive and so friendly. I had heard tons of good things about Lillian’s and everything lived up to the hype! I will continue to spread the word about how wonderful this store is ☺️
My daughter had an appointment and a few of us went with her. Not one time did the lady who was assigned as her consultant ask any of the important questions such as what style are you looking for? what is your budget? (BOTH obvious first questions) and didn’t even bother asking who my daughter had brought with her. We were put in a dressing area with terrible dark lighting which made it hard to see the true beauty of the dresses. Best service ever!!!! I ordered a dress online from another place and it was a scam - we told Lilian’s about it and the manager Alex was so kind and helpful through it all, she and her team members are wonderful I am so pleased and so happy God led me to LILLIANS BRIDAL 💖 !! I highly recommend Lilian’s!!!
Apparently you get zero service if you don’t have thousands to spend on a wedding dress. Our salesperson, Carly, told the bride that she should go look back to another store, failed to help the bride with getting the gowns on and off, made no attempt to clip the dresses in way that the bride could see how they fit, and made no attempt to actually find a gown.
Awesome staff and great selection. They gave me a personalized experience that made finding my dress so special!
Danielle is amazing to work with! The day I picked out my gown was truly a great experience. Danielle made me feel so comfortable! She was so helpful in finding the dress of my dreams. I highly recommend Lillian’s!

Alex was amazing! She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process, I picked out 4 gowns and my final one that I said yes to was one she pulled for me. She listened to me and my wants and budget. I highly recommend this boutique for your wedding dress needs! ❤️
