Nancy and staff are fantastic!! From the first time I visited the store they have always treated me like family. They remember me each time I come in and I always get the best personalized service. It is always a great experience at Lilliane's and I know the product I'm looking at is not only unique but quality pieces. With Nancy's help, I have worked with Sam Mitchell to create some beautiful custom pieces. Excellent assistance – Since I was little, I've known that I want a classy, vintage style ring to wear as my wedding ring. My fiance and I looked at quite a few major jewelry stores, but didn't see anything close to what I envisioned. The rings I liked online were far out of my price range. LOUSY SERVICE – YES, THEY HAVE NEAT THINGS BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER PURCHASE IS NOT UP TO PAR BY ANY MEANS! ONE EMPLOYEE SPOKE VERY CURTLY WHEN I ASKED A QUESTION ON A SIMPLE REPAIR ON AN ITEM I BOUGHT THERE. IT WAS NOT READY ON TIME. I FELT IT WAS HELD UP BECAUSE I CALLED ASKING FOR IT. I WILL BE FINDING ANOTHER JEWELER.
