I was referred to this place by my doctor last year. After not receiving any call to schedule an appointment, I had to call myself. When I explained to the lady who answered the phone that I am visually impaired and would need assistance filling out paperwork, I was told I would have to pick up the paperwork a week before my appointment and bring it already completed. Disappointed in this place. I have a complicated condition that is affecting my upper stomach through my throat and was trying to find a GI doctor closer to my town because I have trouble with transportation (due to that condition). I thought this office would take me and was told it’s best to keep up with the same doctor even if they are far away. Completely turned me away, what if I moved from out of state? My lack of transportation needed a local doctor. I may need higher care but I felt zero compassion from this office i... read more
