Love these town homes!Close to campus, very modern and clean apartment! Move In was super easy and so was the move out. The Property Management was great to work with! Amazing for college kids!
We had no issues with the property manager, in fact they were easy going and very responsive. Nice townhomes for college students. Excellent location right down the street from campus. Move in/Move out was a breeze and we felt the price was great compared to apartments across town. Affordable housing, nicely appointed interiors.
DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT RENT HERE !!! The rental manager is a total B$?!@ with an extra large B! She has an attitude with all of her tenants no one here likes her. And the owner of these townhomes wants nothing to do with anything with the apartments. Doesn’t care he just wants everything to fall onto the managers shoulders even if she isn’t doing a good job. They are also EXTEMELY overpriced and unfurnished. They also charge different amounts to the tenants. Some are being charged a higher rate then others. Also the manager ... read more
It is very pretty and seems roomy. Its the perfect place for anyone attending college.
