Is too expensive
Moved into Westside and less than two weeks later the hot water went out. Called the hotline and 30 minutes later Nick shows up and has hot water back up in an hour. Great response time from maintenance and great office staff! People need to chill. If you don’t sweat the small stuff, then this place is awesome. Oh yeah… helps to be an early riser- got Metra trains for an alarm clock. 😂
Maintenance will enter unannounced and leave with your front door OPEN and unlocked during the managers over an hour lunch breaks. Make sure to buy a security camera before you move in.

Worst apartments you can live at and worst staff at the front desk all 3 old ladies are rude and selfish the apartments are full of moled they just paint over it that’s all they do! Also when another person toilet gets clogged people poop and pee comes up your bathtub ! N they let you take care of it! These apartments aren’t worth it please save your money and go somewhere else.
