This is the WORST apartments you could ever live in. With overdoses from neighbors to randos guarding the garbage cans. I expressed how unsafe I felt at this super expensive apartment. They didn’t care so I moved and got charged over $600 for early move out and they dinged my credit. Shitty apartments for such a high price. And they tow random cars even when they have a sticker or in visitor. Wish I could give them -1000 stars.
They stole my deposit money after a week, I curtiously canceled my application. Avoid this place.
The walls are paper thin, we could hear our neighbors doing EVERYTHING. There were Cockroaches every summer. My personal belongings were damaged by maintenance when they had to repair water leaking straight from out upstairs neighbors bathroom and when they painted the balcony above our patio. Our fridge was broken pretty much the whole time we lived there, it went out multiple times and would constantly leak water from the freezer.
