Dr. Lillian Shum is a board certified orthodontist in Markham. Her staff members make visitors feel welcome. The dental office is super clean and organized. They work really hard at achieving excellent results. I highly recommend them!
Dr. Shum was always attentive and patient towards me when I went to my appointments! Everyone there was also very friendly and helpful throughout my teeth journey. Overall, I had a great experience and I can finally have a big smile in photos :D
I had my orthodontic treatment done by Dr. Shum. If there was one word to describe my experience, it would be exceptional. She took care of me all the way through, paid attention to the little details, and was very attentive to any questions or concerns I had.
