Trash Apartment. Trash service. Charged me to correct something that was their fault. When I moved in there were roaches on the counter and in the cabinets. Overcharging you for the bare minimum and will literally find any reason to keep your deposit. I left the apartment cleaner then when I moved in so I could get my deposit back and was still charged a cleaning fee. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!! Apartments are poorly upkept and dirty. The ceiling above my bathroom fell in due to a leak and I had to clean up the mess that was left. Also, they will nickel and dime you to death upon move out with their "cleaning fees" which are absolutely atrotious, even if the apartment is as clean as it was upon arrival (which was still shabby). Never been more displeased with an apartment complex. Started having issues day 1. My apartment kept having large puddles of standing water every time I would come home. I kept putting in maintenance tickets and it would never get fixed. I'm not the only tenant with this same problem. Even tenants from other complexes owned by Stephenville Apartments experience the same issue. Some of them worse off than mine.
