Lillian homes dragged their feet for 6 months just to get a building permit and failed to even properly clear a lot in that amount of time. I watched them fire and rehire contractors, sales agents and material vendors on 3 separate times during my 6 month contract with them. They had no problem taking my money the entire time for deposits and ernest and upgrades. Service and quality of work sucks. We never got what was promised from the builder. Once you sign, they are done no matter what is said... very poor quality, and customer sevice.
Do not buy from this company! Haven’t been here a year and had a list of things builder had to fix and we scratched one off the list! I wouldn’t buy another house from you again! WARNING DON’T DO IT!
