Dr Berck is a professional. She really take care of their patients. I am her patient for almost 18 years. I love her!
She was my doctor during Covid. My insurance changed for less than 2 years & she wouldn’t accept it. When I got new insurance I calied & was told I would be a “new patient” & she wasn’t accepting new patients, but I could talk to her nurse. Of course I got voicemail & asked for a referral if Dr Berck wouldn’t take me back. Didn’t even get a call back. I’ll never use this office again. Super unprofessional & also shows they don’t care about their patients at all.
She asks lots of questions. Never gives you the "bums rush" Kind, considerate , thoughtful and patient a just some of her qualities
