The dental hygienist Mingyi and all the staff was one of , if not the MOST pleasant experience I've had in this industry. For context, I haven't been to a dental facility in 10+ years. From the moment I called as a potential new client, asking for a last minute cleaning, I was met with warm and welcoming service. I went in and everyone was smiling and vibrant. I’ve had an excellent experience with Lilium Dental Centre. Dr.Negar and Dr. Hamed are both very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. I always felt that I was in good hands and that my concerns were taken seriously. The management has also been outstanding, especially when it came to handling insurance related questions and follow ups. They were always responsive and made the process much easier. I had a great experience at Lilium Dental Care! Everyone was so friendly and respectful, from the receptionists, Fargol and Melika, to Dr. Hamed and his assistant, Leila. They were very professional, careful, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Neda, the dental hygienist, was also wonderful. The clinic is very clean and welcoming. Honestly, one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!
I had such a great experience at this clinic! I went in for a dental cleaning, and the hygienist (NEDA)was incredibly patient, gentle, and thorough. Since I’m pregnant, I was a little nervous, especially after having a bad experience with a cleaning in the past, but this time everything was completely different.
