I had a serious eye infection and I booked an appointment with the Doctor, she was in my Network, and I go to appointment only to be told that it had been cancelled because the call center they use overbooked the appointments. I was only given notice that my appointment was cancelled when I showed up! Instead of the $35 dollar co-pay through my insurance I had to pay $200 fee at an urgent care.
