I purchased a Groupon for this company. It is very difficult to schedule an appointment. They are not responsive to telephone calls. When the appointment was finally scheduled by email, they cancelled at the last minute. The appointment was made for a day before my event and the merchant was initially made aware when I scheduled the appointment. They never called or emailed back with an alternative date. I was truly looking forward to using this service. I scheduled my entire day around them cleaning my home at 8 am. Following then were suppose to be carpet cleaners. None the less I had to cancel them and find other cleaners. I had called them for an entire hour to be told "you can just call groupon and get a refund." Very unprofessional and disappointing considering the reviews that I have read.

I have been using this cleaning service monthly for a year. Very detailed cleaning and I’ve never been let down. Very nice, professional, on time, and makes my house look like a picture from a magazine!
