I recently had Lilies make me two Boutineers as two of my best friends were getting married. I had originally told them that I would pick them up at Noon on a monday, the day they were getting married. I made a critical mistake while ordering and am extremely impressed by the way Lilies Palm Springs went beyond to fix *my* mistake; this was amazing customer service. I'll be using them as my go-to florist in the area from now on.
The flowers at our wedding were absolutely stunning thanks to Teresa and Tammy!! Teresa was extremely prompt with returning emails, sending sample photos, and communicating up until the wedding. They were able to create multiple mock ups for us so that they really understood our vision. Teresa is extremely friendly and does beautiful work!!
Arrangement was gorgeous, delivery person was efficient and thoughtful, and my friend was so impressed that her birthday balloon matched her arrangement. They all went above and beyond.
I can’t express how grateful I was to meet Kayla, who did my destination wedding flowers in Palm Springs. The flowers were so beautiful and totally exceed my expectation!
