Truly waited more than 30 days for a test result that came back positive for a UTI. Have been a patient for 2 years and had expected better.
Dr. Woo rushed my initial appointment. Her bedside manner was lacking and bordered on indifferent. She never responded to any my requests: scripts, scheduling of her recommended service or refills. I would not recommend her for anything.
I see Dr. Woo and love her. She is excellent and has done two procedures (surgeries) on me in the past five years with great success Her bedside manner is wonderful and she answers all your questions without rushing at all. I highly recommend her!
Very knowledgeable… This was my first visit and I was very impressed with the visit. I will recommend Dr Woo highly.
I haven't seen Dr. Woo since last year. However, I adored her. She is so kind and informative. Never did I feel rushed and she was patient with me as an older patient with issues. We had to change plans a couple of times and she was so accommodating. I would give her 50 stars if I could. I would love to continue as her patient, but due to issues that have nothing to do with her care, I cannot. Her staff is also warm and caring.
She has been my Urologist since she started her practice. She is great, She takes time to explain the issues at hand and is very responsive to any and all questions.
I find her very easy to communicate with. She explains things well and I’ve never felt rushed.
She is very pleasant and easy to talk to and explains the problem and how to correct it in a way you can understand very good...
I've been a patient of Dr. Woo's for many years now. She is very caring and gentle. I never feel rushed, and she listens. I highly recommend her.
