Our restaurant is named after the chef / owner's daughter Liliana, and we opened on her first birthday Meet the Business Owner David H. Business Owner Chef Dave graduated from Le Cordon Bleu and has worked across the country, returning to his home in Fitchburg to share his love of New Orleans cuisine with Dane County

We waited two hours to get an appetizer--a server checked on us twice, never telling us anything about the status of the next two courses we had ordered--and when we expressed our issues with the service, the manager responded with a snarky, "I'm sorry--what do you want me to do?".
