Dr Palencia goes above and beyond for her patients. She has been my OBGYN since 2021 and has helped me have two safe and healthy pregnancies and even came to the hospital early in the morning on her day off to deliver one of my babies. She is always happy to see me and listens intently to my symptoms & concerns. Loved Dr Palencia! She always listened to me. She always gave me her medical opinion or newest info from studies but always respected what I wanted to do and my decisions. She never was pushy and was so accommodating to my needs and my desires while still being a voice I trusted and valued. I highly recommend her.
I needed to go to the emergency room while pregnant and received care from Dr Palencia as the on-call OBGYN. She is very understanding, personable, and respectful of her patients needs. She showed a lot of care towards me and baby, and gave some good advice. I recommend her to anyone.
Arrived on time for my appointment, but then was held up for 20 minutes checking in as the front desk didn’t know how to enter my insurance. I have Tricare and not one of the 4 people knew how to enter it. So that kind of sucked, because it held me up for my appointment. So I guess my only critique would be that proper education is provided on how to enter ALL types of insurance.
Absolutely love her. Very personable and listen to your needs.
