so kind and empathic and understanding - has been a huge help in my transition to moving to TX
Tried to call for assistance with speaking to my husband’s therapist and the front desk person was extremely unhelpful and was clearly uninterested in assisting me at all. She was very rude. I’m not sure how a place for mental health can employ people that don’t actually care about people. She needs more training or find a new job.
this is a nightmare when you try to book an appointment thru phone or website.
