My Autistic Daughter was assigned to this doctor. We went for a well check. 2 weeks later her speech evaluation was due for renewal. The Therapist sent the doctor the forms and they refused to sign it without seeing my child again. We spend 3 hours in the waiting room again just to sign the evaluation. On our turn the doctors tells us she's not the one who signs the evaluation and they would do it tomorrow and fax it straight to the therapy place. Terrible service provided to patients and customers. Impossible to get reasonable appointments. Office staff lacks professionalism. They have always treated me with attitude and are extremely rude. I have a special needs child and every time I go there is an issue. The wait times are thru the roof. Last time I waited FOUR hours for my son to be seen only to be again completely dissatisfied with the service provided not only by the staff but also the doctor. This is the best Doctor I know she is a really human person and your children are in the best hands if she is their doctor! Ever she is in My prayers and my gratitud are infinitely.
