I really liked Mirtha Hernandez (PA) great service, she is very knowledgeable and takes her time explaining everything. However, the office just change to a different phone system, and it’s horrible you have to leave a message because they don’t answer and it takes between 24 to 48 hours for they to respond if they ever . The wait is long. Only NPs are available, the Dr is never available for appointments. You need a lot of follow up in order for them to refill anything. Disorganized. Etc
This clinic is poorly managed and lacks genuine patient care. While they do accept walk-ins, they often say otherwise over the phone just to avoid doing their jobs. They overbook appointments, can’t keep up, and end up backtracked—leaving patients waiting or turned away. The office manager even admitted the front desk gave me the wrong information. Sadly, the doctor’s focus doesn’t seem to be patient health, but just pushing people through. Very disappointing experience.

I was highly recommended with this doctors but it was the worse service ever. You arrived there and the waiting area is empty and they make you wait like 45 minutes. Once they put you in a room you wait another 45 minutes and then you tell them your problem and then they make you wait more because they have to ask the doctor if they can prescribe that. Honestly why would you have PA working if they dont know what they are doing.Honestly Im very disappointed with their work and not going back again.
