Tengo aproximadamente 2 años que visitó la Clínica de la Dra. Lilia H Hernández; Muy Profesional , y compasiva la Dra. ; atiende tus necesidades de salud, te da seguimiento. Ampliamente recomendado a su equipo también.
It is unfortunate that Dr. Hernandez has clerks at the front desk that have zero hospitality. The PAs and the doctor are excellent. However, the service is absolutely terrible. They do not show any emotion or care for patients. A mere good morning would help. However, they make people feel like they’re being bothered by them.
They need to work on their customer service & teach them to answer the phone I’ve called multiple times (different days) and they never call back or answer the phone! My husband and I have been here for 3 hours we finally get to the “patient room” and they’re ALL sitting down eating brownies and cake 🤦♀️ this is the second time we see them sitting down tragando todo el rato que estamos ahí!
Horrible place! My mom has been with her for a couple of years now and appointments have been prolonged can NEVER get a hold of her office. My mom needs referrals approved by her and it’s been impossible. She did not catch my mother’s heart disease that had been building up for years even though my mother would go for full checkups due to her diabetes and other chronic diseases.
