Staff is great and the location is beautiful. Amenities are excellent.
Moved in a little less than a month ago, everything has been seamless. Isaiah (I believe assistant leasing manager but I could be incorrect) is one of the kindest people ever and his professional help made our decision while apartment hunting so much easier to make. Highly recommend the Lilia. Also Ethan with the maintenance staff is also awesome and quick to fix any work orders.
Over the last 15 years, I’ve lived in 14 different apartment communities across Colorado and Minnesota. While that’s probably not something to brag about, it does give me plenty to compare. Out of all of them, Lilia has been my favorite. The building and amenities are beautiful, the staff was always kind and responsive, and it genuinely felt like home. I truly miss living there. If you’re considering moving here, I can’t recommend it enough.
It’s very close to downtown also safe area
