I booked an appointment on Dec 25th and confirmed for 330pm. The stylist did not show until almost 430pm. Also double booked because another client showed up at 4pm. While getting my hair done the stylist had to depart to complete a 2nd job. Lili was gracious enough to come in on the morning of Christmas to complete my service and she did it for free.
