Dr. Barouch is a one-of-a-kind doctor. She genuinely takes her time to hear and address your concerns, builds a relationship of trust, and cares about her Patient’s prognosis. I have been seeing her for several years after being referred by another in-house Johns Hopkins Cardiologist (who is also wonderful). I had many doctors who refused to dig deeper due to my age and lack of any abnormalities seen in testing. Dr. Barouch was my mother's doctor when we arrived here from NJ. She cared for my mom for several years. We had total confidence in her expertise and her "bedside" manner. When the insurance company refused to continue to pay for the infused medication that increased my mother's heart function, we panicked. Dr. Barouch got a team of doctor's together and substituted oral medication that totally worked.
