Went for small box braids came out with medium. Showed me the first one in the back that was small then proceeded to make the rest medium. Asked for middle back length the first 2 rows in the back touch my middle back but everything else doesn't. I have a line of tension bumps on the back of my neck. They have little girls in there to braid down. But if there's a knot instead of them taking there time to untangle it . They snatch your head and laugh about it. My Braids was falling out in the 1st week I got my hair done. If it was too short for them I would have felt more better with them telling me it was too short. Then for them to do it and no it wasn't going to stay . Such a waste of my time and money.
