Everyone was super nice, and the office was great! My only complaint is they didn't accept my insurance but no one told me, through all the phone calls, and even as they scanned in my insurance card and retrieved my husbands Social #, they failed to mention that they don't accept it, then I got hit with a 100$ fee for the consult, which I was under impression was free and they were filing insurance. We do accept all insurance, meaning we do file insurance for all our patients as a courtesy. We are just not "providers" for most insurance and in that case some insurance companies will not send payment to us. Unfortunately, we've had patients spend the money that should have been paid to us, so we now ask patients with those insurance companies to pay in full and allow insurance to reimburse them. This was my first visit and remarkably pain-free in the administrative sense. I previously filled out registration paperwork online and it seemed straightforward. Expecting more paperwork when I arrived, there was little. Support staff was efficient. Medical assistant (Amy) was pleasant, thoughtful, and listened. Dr. Williams was professional and straight-forward.

My dentist is so caring and capable and knows just how to fix whatever is wrong in my mouth! I know when I go in that he will help me with whatever is wrong and I will feel better soon. I am so happy to have found him. (Plus the view from his dental chair is beautiful!)

I am 46 and have had a case of dental phobia all my life. In the last eight years it had reached extreme levels. This caused me a lot of problems because routine brushing alone wasn't enough to keep my teeth and gums healthy. Unfortunately I developed some gum and bone issues. I am always so pleased with the team at Dr. Williams' office. They never keep me waiting, are always very professional and they do a great job. I've been seeing them for a few years and would highly recommend them. Their office is clean and the staff is very friendly.
