I have never encountered such a lack of professionalism in a medical setting. I met Dr. Lile a few months ago while visiting Miami, and I found her to be incredibly empathetic, extremely knowledgeable, and surrounded by a top-tier team. The way they treat people is both professional and genuinely warm, which I really appreciate. I love her philosophy of addressing the root cause of a problem in order to truly resolve it.
