I ordered a pellet stove from Home Depot and for whatever reason, YRC Freight dropped it off to Lile to deliver because they supposedly offer white glove service (they don't and we didn't need it anyway). The problem I have with Lile is that they only answered their phone twice, forcing me to leave multiple messages that were never returned.
