Literally only gave them a star because my hair comes out nice but everything else freaking sucks, I've been going to this salon a couple times now but every time it's a complete disaster. They're extremely unprofessional, everything's a mess, and be prepared to wait at least an hour before anyone even washes your hair-- even with an appointment.
