I can’t say enough good things about Lilah! She’s one of the most compassionate, understanding, and genuinely caring therapists I’ve ever met. She has a way of making people feel completely seen and supported. I love that she does ADHD assessments and the process that follows. You can tell she truly cares about helping her clients understand themselves and build strategies that actually work for them. If you’re looking for a therapist who’s both professional and deeply kind, I can’t recommend her enough.
