$3000 a month and Multiple car burglaries, no security, car was stolen this morning would not recommend living here
We have lived here for 2 years and already signed another year. The location is perfect. We are so close to FAU campus, the beach, and multiple stores. Tori and Shernette have always been great and every maintenance request we’ve had has been quick. Definitely recommend this place. Super spacious and a cute place to live.
Tori is so helpful and the sweetest person, always makes sure you're requested are put in and taken care of , really great place to live.
The staff here is incredible, Tori is so sweet and is always extremely helpful. Maintenance is quick and efficient and has fixed any issues we have had. The atmosphere is amazing, pool is beautiful. We have lived here for 3 years and plan to for longer, wouldnt rather live anywhere else. So close to campus and cheap for the area!! Also so close to the beach and any other places you need to go.
