1) This is a horribly kept building- broken light fixtures, unkempt appliances. 2) The drive way/parking spots will flood with the smallest bit if rain and it stays flooded. 3) After you move out they will tell you you'll get your deposit back, and then a few months later they'll tell you that you owe them money. Then after the landlord says she'll help you solve your problem because she has proof that you don't own money, she ghosts you 🤷♀️ -5 stars, I'd rather be homeless

Very cute apartments with a on site laundry room, which is very nice. (you don't have to go the Laundromat). The office is near by making it handy for emergencies or any other need you might have. The manager is very nice!
