Went for the first time today, and had an excellent experience. Our previous dentist was only counting his teeth and not cleaning them. Since this was my first kid, I thought it was normal for the time being. Turns out it wasn't. The dentist and hygienist were thorough, friendly and communicated everything they were doing. They gave me information on what I should be doing, suggested toothbrushes and addressed concerns. I left feeling relieved and like I was in the right hands. We just had my 3.5 year old daughter's first dentist appointment and the whole staff was amazing - friendly, caring and really knew how to make my daughter feel comfortable and at ease. She had the best time and even left giving out hugs :) The office is beautiful and clean - the lights at the front desk were a huge hit. Thanks for taking such good care of her!
Dr. Flynne and her team at Lilac Pediatric Dentistry could not be more professional or kind. The office itself is gorgeous — bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed for kids. There are books and fun activities to keep little ones busy while you check in, which makes the whole experience calm and welcoming from the start.
