Lilac Ob-Gyn in Gilbert offers excellent customer service. The doctor, nurses, and front office staff are all outstanding. This was my first time seeing Dr. Shauna Evanson, and I was very pleased to have her as my doctor. She listened attentively and clearly explained everything I needed to know. The nurse who assisted her was also very considerate and kind. I plan to use Lilac Ob-Gyn for my annual appointments in the future.
I’ve had a great experience with lilac throughout my entire pregnancy and delivery! Never felt pressured, and felt that I was in good hands! Had a great experience delivering at banner gateway as well! Highly recommend this practice, all the drs are wonderful especially Dr Nguyen and Dr Switzer!
They charge their own prenatal fee in addition to your deductible I wanted to get a second opinion during my pregnancy and they told me the first visit - even if they don’t deliver my baby will be half of the cost which was near $2000. I had a surgery consult with yesterday with Dr. Adams. I was very impressed. I have been very nervous about having a hysterectomy. Immediately after meeting her I felt at ease. She explains everything well, confident, and empathetic. I left the visit feeling relieved that I found the perfect person to do the surgery.
Doctors are understanding and genuinely care for your well being. No judgement when I asked about tubal ligation, no hoops, hurdles, or age barriers. They have helped me so much with the discovery and management of endometriosis. They treat me with sincerity and respect, and are incredibly attentive to my needs. This is a practice that cares about your pain and your emotional health.
