As always wonderful staff, great service. Dr. Switzer is wonderful, caring, considerate, great listener, awesome surgeon! She performed my hysterectomy, did a fantastic job!! I dont even have scars, didn't even experience any pain during recovery. It's really hard to find doctors and nurses that truly care and that you can trust. I usually go to the Chandler location, they are absolutely great there, and I love Mina. However, I came to this Higley location because it had the next available opening, and the vibe here is completely different. Right from the start, I felt brushed off by the staff. When I asked basic questions, I felt judged just for wanting information. But the absolute worst part of the visit was the blood work. I have a high pain tolerance and am not afraid of needles, but the person drawing my blood was incredibly rough. She poked me... read more
Dr. Adams and her staff are professional, kind, and compassionate. Every experience here makes me so grateful to have found such a wonderful place to have my care done. The facility is clean and from check in to check out you will always feel welcomed and that your needs are heard. 10/10 would always recommend.
If you suspect you have endometriosis or other complex gynecological conditions - skip lilac. I developed an adhesive allergy from the lazy closing of my abdominal incisions. The doctors WILL suggest surgery BEFORE referring you out to a specialist. In short- I was offered ablation, “burning”, for my endometriosis, and was not impressed with Dr Helmers bedside manner: surprise pelvic exams, joking “I’ll see you next year if you still have a cervix” when I had no idea losing my cervix was ever an option.
