Kind staff. Easy to talk to. Thorough and easy to understand doctors and staff.
I left their feeling unwanted as a patient. The provider told me as I left “You can make an appointment in three months or not. It’s up to you.Good to me you.” This was my first visit to this clinic.
Office refusing to take any more Military Patients using Tricare. As if being in the military and getting care living over 1 hour from a base is not hard enough - they wait until a couple days before the appt to offer me a cash pay only option. Preparing for a deployment and need care…now it is cash only or find another office and wait weeks for next appointment. Horrible business practice towards Military and Veterans. Find an office that puts patients care first.
First time seeing Lilac and was impressed. I liked that I spoke directly to the office and not a call center when calling for an appointment. The staff were very friendly and I felt they listened to the needs I had for making the appointment. I was seen on time and did not feel rushed by my provider at all. I felt the provider, Jennifer Murphy, took her time with me and answered all my questions clearly.
Had positive experiences with staff. Everything was explained well.
