I’ve had the best experience at this location! Everyone is professional and friendly! My maternity bill was explained in detail to me! Other locations failed to do so! And everyone from the front office to the ultrasound tech and all providers are so friendly and welcoming.
Warm and inviting atmosphere with compassionate staff. I truly felt cared for. Highly recommend.
If you talk to Sydney Hartman in the billing department, good luck ! They do not return your calls, they do not answer, then try to give a “punishment” for them not answering. I would not recommend going to this doctor’s office, they are money grabbers and do not care about patient care. Specially talking about the office and admin staff. After having my first prenatal visit as a first time mom, I am very excited to continue my pregnancy journey with Lilac. The facility is very clean and inviting in its presentation. The various staff we interacted with were very kind, friendly, welcoming and genuine. Even just talking to the receptionists before my appointment I felt excited to be coming to this agency. Thank you to the lilac team for taking such great care of me and my growing little one!
