I've been going here for several years for my regular woman's exam, and recently my first pregnancy. I'm so happy with their care and service. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and explains what's going to happen at each appointment. The communication through the app is amazing and they always answer my questions so quickly.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Make sure if you come to bring cash or a card or you will not be seen. Money hungry with no care for their clients.
The practice itself is great. The providers are great. Their billing practices are predatory and sketchy. I had to pay up front for L&D. Now I’m 6 months PP and they still won’t refund me because I’m having “future appointments” - which I will continue to have since you go to the OBGYN once a year????? I’ve cancelled all my appointments since I’m not interested in being Lilac’s bank.
Great facility, staff was very friendly and the doctor took her time with me and seemed very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend!
AWFUL, I've been very disappointed in this office. I've had three appointments that seemed useless. I came here based on the reviews hoping to find a good doctor to help me with pain I've had for a while and sleep issues due to menopause. My first appointment was changed on me at the last minute and I felt rushed with nothing really done except to give me a cream.
