I never wait long and the from office staff is beyond friendly!
While Dr. Elizabeth Beaver was polite during my visit, I left feeling disappointed and honestly frustrated with the overall experience. I came in hoping to feel heard, supported, and guided regarding my concerns, but instead I felt like most of the conversation depended on me asking questions while receiving very brief responses. I liked them for a while until I realized the there were major communication issues. I do not feel like they paid much attention to my concerns nor did they pay attention to important details such as test results. This caused my medical issues during pregnancy to be ignored and untreated. This went on for months and then I found a new doctor and within 1 visit and 1 lab they were able to identify my issues and begin treating them.
I called the office with concerns about my IUD and they got me in same-day with my preferred provider. Through the course of my last pregnancy I was seen by several different providers, and each one of them were incredibly thorough and pleasant to work with. I felt comfortable that whoever delivered my baby, I would be in the best hands. I have always felt that all the staff (front desk, MA, provider etc) cared about me and my health.
