I’ve had an incredible experience at Lilac. Every provider I saw was professional, compassionate, and thorough when explaining anything related to my health or my baby’s. The front office staff were always kind and welcoming, and I consistently felt supported and cared for throughout my visits. They made sure both my baby and I were safe and that my recovery went smoothly. My experience with this practice was extremely disappointing and made my first pregnancy far more stressful than it should have been. I was forgotten in the exam room on more than one visit. Important details were left out of my chart, forcing me to return for the same issues more than once. Several appointments were scheduled incorrectly leading to insurance overcharges with no option for reimbursement. Very happy with my experience so far. Have been in for 2 doctors appointments and 1 walk in lab. I sincerely appreciate the kindness and care.
We had a very bad experience at this OBGYN clinic. They are very commercial, unresponsive, and lack basic compassion for pregnant women. We tried contacting them during a bleeding emergency and no one answered or returned the call. Even during visits, the communication was cold and rushed. Charges are very high, but the quality of care is extremely low.
