I don't live in the Lilac Garden area - I'm in Monument Garden, which is set back into the woods separate from the main property. Across two stays, I've lived in Monument Garden over 6 years. I can say without a doubt, the treatment of tenants has never been worse. The office staff is rude. If they don't like what you're doing, they make crap up and say it's in the lease. The property is clean and well managed. The winter tow policy was kind of confusing sometimes, in terms of not knowing where my car should be depending on what date/ time it is. I think the property is a little expensive for what you get, it’s a very standard apartment living experience, however everywhere is kind of expensive these days. The maintenance crew for this property was very responsive, and probably the best I have ever seen, they were always on top of fixing things when needed.

Most of the people that live here are very sketchy. If you take longer showers don’t come here because the water will turn cold after 25 minutes. So if you have to shave your legs too bad I guess.

It's a condo apartment. It's clean, shows some of wear, hallway redolent of cooking odors, not sound proof between floors, but that's not uncommon in such designs.
