I absolutely love living in Lilac Garden! It's close to anything you'd need, but far enough away that it's quiet. The grounds are well maintained year around, including snow removal (and there's been plenty to remove this winter). Every building is clean, the onsite laundry is very convenient. My apartment was newly renovated prior to me moving in last summer. They are constantly renovating them as occupants leave. My family lived at Lilac Gardens for over 5 years. The leasing office and maintenance staff were always friendly and prompt. The property is very well maintained and improved. While we resided there they installed an on site rubbish compactor, rebuilt the parking lot for better drainage, updated the sidewalk and lighting, and more. I recently applied and toured a handful of units at this apartment complex and had a very good experience. As someone that has been searching for my first apartment for a couple of months, the management/leasing team was extremely informative and very helpful. The person that gave us the tour of the units was very receptive to questions and was very helpful in educating about the complex and what it would be like living there. We had to move quickly due my husband's new job position. We lived in a different city, more than one hour from here. After some visits in other places in Dover and Portsmouth, we came here and Nicole was gracious enough to stay after her close hour, taking us in a tour, and she was always kind, nice and very professional, clarifying all our questions.
