Rachel’s massage is literally unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I receive massage regularly 1-2x a month from alternating therapists and the deep tension release she provides is incredible to say the least. I regularly train in high intensify weight lifting, conditioning, and jiu jitsu which takes a tremendous toll on my body and mind.
