As of last week, I’ve lived here for one full year. I love it!! I have nothing but good things to say about Lilac Apartments. Evelyn, the property manager, is fantastic. Anytime I’ve needed her assistance, she has been nothing but very pleasant, polite, and efficient. Anytime I’ve had a maintenance request, the team is at my apartment the same day—-usually within just a couple hours. And the problem is fixed to my full satisfaction.
