The Dr was very thorough and courteous. The staff was as well. Ashton helped us to pick out our glasses, gave us the best recommendations. With my family decisiveness, he was very patient. I will definitely recommend this LensCrafters.
I arrived 5 mins early for 11:00am appt, but had to wait over 35 mins. After 20 mins, I asked an associate for estimate on wait time, and she did not seem very receptive to my question. I was then given a tray to put prospective frames in and was told not to bring it with me to my appt, so I placed it on desk, where advised. The appt took a little longer due to equipment malfunction. When I returned to main floor for glasses, the tray was gone and I had to go through and reselect frames once again.
