Johnathan Kaufman was my agent got me screwed with his attorney at pilgrim title for my 45,000$ escrow for my septic on top of 70,000 in repairs to a house I can't live in. now I have to sue for lose of use of property I bought a year ago let's not forget the 20,000 in attorney fees 18000 for apartment I have to rent my wife almost left me hate this place and not even a phone call from them sum real estate company
