Ive seen Drs. Lila & Allen for a few yrs now; there is some wait, but its not too bad. Dr. Lila is friendly, competent, efficient & gets the job done in a timely manner. I also think that Dr. Allen is friendly, but every time I see him, (instead of her), there are numerous mistakes in my Rxs, whether new, old or just refills. I continuously have to re-explain issues w/ him and explain things which should be or are in my file. I have had to wait 2 wks or longer for Rx refills from them- then there are mistakes!
