Went to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Rude customer service. When I got home, my car started smoking, called back and said, "My car is smoking, what do I do?" They said to bring it back, I said it might not make it because it's a 30 minute drive. They said "What do you want us to do?" This isn't the first instance I've had of them fucking up a car, my mom got a new A/C system installed and when she parked the car, it exploded and they tried to not take the blame and make her pay again. I've been here since 8: 30 and it is now 11: 38 am and I'm still waiting, came to get oil change and alignment
Our experience here was absolutely fantastic. We were in the middle of a long trip and had issues with our tires but didn't know the cause. Our problems were quickly solved, everything was repaired, and we left with peace of mind and the utmost confidence in this business. The most memorable thing was how genuinely kind and friendly everyone was.
Slow as hell need better service, definitely don't recommend it!
I had no problems with Lil' TIre Shoppe at first. I went there for tires for the convenience because I lived off 28th Avenue and they were right down the road. But they forgot to put my donut spare back in my van after buying a full set of tires or $800, and went I returned to complain that I just spent 4 hours on the side of the road waiting for AAA to rescue me they just shrugged their shoulders, said they couldn't find the spare in the back, and I was just S(imply) Out of Luck. Dropped my car off on Friday because it was making a noise. Said they couldn't look at it until Saturday because they were busy. No problem, I left it. Saturday before closing I finally called them and it had not been looked at.....but first thing Monday morning we will! Called Monday before closing and got the same story for Tuesday morning.
