There is ALWAYS a long wait AFTER your scheduled appointment time. However yesterday, my son had an appointment at 3pm. Signed in at 2:45pm. Sat there and watched about 4/5 families check in after I did and got called back before us. I asked twice what was going on and the second time the receptionist seemed flustered and couldn’t answer. Maybe don’t schedule so many patients if the office staff can’t handle it. Everyone’s time is valuable. If I could give zero stars, I would, the dental hygienist made my daughter bleed to where she had blood all over her glasses and when she cleaned her teeth, she chipped A tooth and tried to say that she had a cavity there which she did not because I’ve already had all the work done
Staff and doctors are amazing but we had to wait an hour and a half passed our appointment time to be seen and the place is was freezing
