Everytime I call the line doesn't even ring. It just hangs up as if it's on "Do not disturb".

Did not feel welcoming, Lady got frustrated cutting my boys hair because they didn’t sit still for her and the haircut I wanted to continue to have did not make it easy on her, I guess. She said, in her words “kids don’t typically have these kind of haircut styles.” I tried to warn her over the phone that my boys don’t do well getting haircuts but she cut me off before I could even finish and told me they “specialize kids cuts” Cookie cutters never had a problem with the haircut request we had.

Reading the reviews we went in for my kid’s first haircut. I didn’t know that appointment is required. They could have been a little welcoming which I didn’t feel good. I understand how appointments work but there’s no customers at that time, I found just one boy running around whom I suppose got a haircut earlier, then there’s no customers in the salon and don’t know they could have conveyed it in a good way so that we might have waited or fixed an appointment later which they didn’t. My kid got their first haircut here, very cute place definitely the chairs and having the tv with kid shows were helpful
