Welcome to Lil' Nick's in Wheat Ridge, CO. We are proud to have been your neighborhood restaurant for over 34 years. Business in the beginning was slow, but it caught on and there was a surge of business after two years. In 1983 they expanded the restaurant to include a second dining room. The original menu included pizza and a few sandwiches and pasta dishes. Bob and Paula along with Bob's parents, Frank and Ruby Quintana, helped to make the place run. RecommendedGreat little place! I’ll definitely be visiting again after this completely enjoyable first experience. I had the Tortellini listed as “new” on the menu which I was only able to finish 1/2 and part of the very generous portion of Italian sausage. That is a good thing, I brought home leftovers that will make a complete second meal for me. I highly recommend this small but impressive restaurant to anyone.

it isn't often that cheese less pizza tastes good. the Boulder didn't need cheese to hold it together or make it taste better. very attentive and helpful service.
Burned up food and way expensive. My family has been coming here since they opened. I’ll never come here again. 53.00$ later. Pics in comment.

Everything. This place is amazing. Best pizza I've ever eaten including pizza in Italy in 1970. Awesome toppings, beer and ales and outstanding service. I live a K miles from Nick's but I WILL come back for a pizza/ale vacation. 10 stars + 😍
