My first—and last—visit here felt really unwelcoming. The manager/owner/lady-in-charge was curt and unfriendly. I had an appointment for a simple pedicure, and I feel that was the problem. Customers getting more expensive services seemed to be treated more courteously and respectful, whereas I felt rushed and unwanted. My technician did a great job, and I tipped her well, but the overall experience was tainted from the get go. I only came because my usual place (A+ Nails) was closed. Never again.
My daughter and I visited Lil Nail Shop for the first time yesterday and they did not disappoint! We had previously been to another local salon for the past three years and they all suddenly disappeared without even a goodbye! My daughter and I are extremely picky so finding and sticking with the same place is a hard one. Kim and Rose made sure we felt comfortable and were pleased every step of the way! We will definitely be long time returning customers! Thank you Lil Nail Shop for making our transition an easy one
I’ve never experienced a salon like this. The attention to detail, how welcomed I feel, and inclusiveness of all people is outstanding. This is just the icing on the cake of a perfect product Every. Single. Time. If you’re looking for a new salon this is it. The level of skill all the techs have is also extremely impressive. It doesn’t matter who you get, although you always have your people, the level of efficiency and attention to detail is the same. I can’t say enough! ,
