Super hot inside, wish they had told me the AC isn’t working or that it doesn’t operate properly on hot days. I would have gone elsewhere
My family and I recently attended a birthday party at Lil' Monkeys. The party was enjoyable, but our experience was soured by a deeply troubling policy. Once our party room time was over, the staff refused to provide a cup for water for my thirsty children, citing a "no cups" policy. I spoke with a manager, hoping for a reasonable explanation, but was simply told "that's the policy" with no further clarification, essentially a polite "too bad." I have been here twice with my family, the second time we went the AC was clearly not working properly and not only was I feeling dizzy and overheating, but it was extremely hot for the kids running around. We were here for a birthday party and I actually feel bad that they had to pay for a party room and not have AC working.
