Wack! Read the other reviews, they aren't lying. They need to be more sanitized, no cuticle work done (thank goodness bc they dont even Sanitize their tools). Didnt even fill the nails up with the polish, left the sides unpainted, I mentioned that & ofc they had their excuses, & seemed annoyed. Like damn, im the one paying. Nails are suppose to be black faded to pink. Didn't bother tipping, kudos. Never going back there.
I feel obligated to warn others about what I personally witnessed at this salon. None of the tools appear to be properly sanitized between clients. The same nail files, buffers, cuticle pushers, and other tools are used repeatedly from person to person without sterilization. They also do not use disposable files or buffers, which should normally be single-use for hygiene. I've been coming here for years and the girls are amazing Amy, Lisa, Ivy, Victoria, all wonderful nail techs. Lisa did my wedding nails and they were perfect! Cannot recommend enough
