Decent mechanical work, but watch out for unquoted price hikes. I brought my bike here for an MSI inspection 97.50 and a Mid control conversion. Mechanically, the work they did was perfectly fine and acceptable. However, their communication regarding pricing and estimates needs serious improvement. First time using Lil Hops but will continue to use them whenever there’s a need. I called because the bike wouldn’t start (Harley Road Glide). Someone came out within 20 minutes, to our home, and did the work in the garage! Thankfully the problem turned out to be only a battery. They saved us from having to find a way to get the bike to a shop.
